17 to 30 pounds.

Beagles are
pack-oriented
& very
sociable, so
they get
along well
with other
dogs and
people.

Beagles have
a strong
sense of smell and therefore
should be
kept on a
leash
when not in
an
enclosed area because they
like to escape
& roam.
