Volounteer with Penny Angels Beagle Rescue

Do you like dogs but cannot own one at the present time? Do you have a few hours to spare on Saturday afternoons? Volunteer with Penny Angels Beagle Rescue. Penny Angels Beagle Rescue strives to place homeless Beagles with loving families. We hold adoption days every Saturday at the Mays Landing Pet Smart from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. People age 13 and above are needed to walk the Beagles. Children aged 10 to 12 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Although some of our dogs come from family homes, many are former hunting dogs. They need to learn to walk on a leash and gain general socialization. This is why the role of the dog walker is so vital in placing dogs with new families. It can be very gratifying to see a dog go home with his new family. Be part of this experience. Volunteer.
